  • 90/90 Pails and Rails 10 reps

  • Banded Pallof Press with rotation from half squat 10 reps

  • Knee-up Low Reach w/ foam roller 10 reps

Knees and Ankles 2-3 sets

  • Spanish Iso Hold 30 sec x2

  • Weighted Calf Stretch 30 sec

  • ATG Reverse Step Ups 10 reps
